STEPP Instructions
Users can create their own STEPP account, if they request a STEPP account, send them the following instructions.
- Visit https://cdse.usalearning.gov/login/index.php
- Click the 'create new account button located at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click the continue button.
- Enter a new user name.
- Complete the Password, Names, and Email Fields.
- Select academic institution as the Organization.
- Click the Create Account Button.
- On the next page, complete only the only required fields.
- For Military or GS Grade select other
- For supervisors name enter: John Talerico
- Phone number enter:540-231-6583
- Supervisor email enter: jtaleric@vt.edu
- Click the finish account button.
- A successful submission will result in a confirmation page and a confirmation email.
- You can now return to the STEPP login page https://cdse.usalearning.gov/login/index.php and login with the username and password you created.
- Once logged in, you can search for the course you need by entering the course number in the Search Courses section on the right hand side of the screen.
