Quarterly Virginia Tech Postdoc Community Gathering

This event will occur quarterly, immediately following new postdoc orientation and will provide a space for community-building and networking between postdocs, both new and old. Each community gathering will provide space for postdocs to hear from and engage with the Virginia Tech Postdoctoral Association (VTPA), a group of postdocs working to support the postdoctoral community on campus, and a special guest resource/office/center.  Roanoke-based postdocs are also welcomed to attend. This fall's event will feature:

• Updates from the Virginia Tech Postdoctoral Association
• Opportunities to connect with other Virginia Tech postdocs
• December's guests will be representatives from Human Resources' Talent Development team as well as Technology-Enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS) to discuss online training resources available at Virginia Tech  

Light refreshments and drinks will be provided.
