Information Technology Team
The mission of the Office of Research and Innovation Information Technology Team is to maintain and improve the computing infrastructure of the Office of Research and Innovation, associated sub-departments, and selected research institutes.
For assistance with information technology (IT) related problems (computers, phone, networking, etc) please feel free to contact the IT team in any of the following ways:
- ServiceNow Ticket: At the 4Help website, please click on the Login link at the top right hand corner and after logging in submit a ticket by clicking the Get Help link. This will generate a ServiceNow ticket that should go to all members of the IT Team.
- Email: Send an email to email@example.com. This will generate a ServiceNow ticket automatically and all members of the IT team will be notified.
- Phone: A ServiceNow ticket or email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org are the preferred means of contacting the IT team as every member will be notified of an issue.
