The team within the Office for Research and Innovation serves as a strategic partner to Virginia Tech’s Division of Human Resources (HR), providing dedicated support to the employees, management, and departments across Research and Innovation at the senior management level.
The team specialize in HR services for research faculty and departments university-wide, ensuring seamless collaboration with university administrative offices, including deans and vice presidents, academic departments, the Division of Human Resources, the Office of Civil Rights Compliance and Prevention Education, the Provost Office, and the Office of Global Strategic Services, among others.
