Responsibilities
Samantha Bowling joined the Human Subjects Research Protections Program as a protocol coordinator in August 2019.
Background
She came to Virginia Tech from AdventHealth with five years of Institutional Review Board and Human Research Protection Program experience. Before that, Samantha worked for twelve years in various research roles, including laboratory manager and research data management specialist.
Education
Samantha is a certified IRB Professional (CIP), and holds a Master’s Degree in psychology with a specialty in neuroscience from Northern Illinois University.
