Call for research in nanomanufacturing materials and processes – deadline July 18

Global Research Collaboration (GRC), a program of the Semiconductor Research Corporation, is soliciting white papers in the thrust area of nanomanufacturing materials and processes. A successful white paper will result in an invitation to submit a full proposal.

The principal goals of this program are to advance fundamental knowledge and innovations in the nanomanufacturing of semiconductors.

White papers may be submitted by an individual investigator or by research teams. The white paper should clearly identify what can be done in the total length of project, either two years or three years.

The deadline for submitting white papers is Tuesday, July 18.
