What Companies Look for When Evaluating Talent

During her talk, Lauren will provide insights on the job search process and what companies look for when evaluating talent. The seminar will discuss how organizations value hard and soft/transferable skills and how they look for these throughout the resume review and interview process.  Additionally, the seminar will discuss how companies utilize resume databases and LinkedIn to identify talent and what key points they are looking for in a profile.
