Yes
Look for cost sharing requirement.

Consult the Limited Submission Programs pages for information on how to proceed. Be sure to check cost sharing requirements as well.
No

Is cost sharing by the university required by the program announcement or request for proposal?
Yes
Proceed to Step 2.

Consult with Department Head and/or Dean to determine how cost sharing requirements will be met.
