What We Do:
Office of Research Human Resources provides services related to policies, employment, retention, promotions, employee relations and separations to the Office of Research senior management area and close to 600 special research faculty.
These services include, but are not limited to:
- assistance in areas such as position descriptions
- classifications
- job postings
- screening
- salary offers
- promotions
- salary adjustments for increased responsibilities
- equity and retention
- employment contracts
- visas and referrals.
Additionally, we provide university wide and one-on-one training upon need and request. Call us to discuss the opportunities to bring training to your worksite.
