The meeting will take place on the Centennial campus of NC State
University. Attendees will stay at the Velvet Cloak Inn, Hillsborough
Street, Raleigh. The Velvet Cloak has confirmed a block of 30 rooms
for arrival Monday, December 6, and departure on Tuesday, December
7.
Attendees should call the Velvet Cloak for room reservation
and ask for the ORNL Core group rate of $79.00, single or double.

An airport shuttle van is available to all hotel guests in getting
from the Raleigh-Durham airport and returning to the airport, and
if such service is desired, the attendees should request the shuttle
van service at the time the reservation is being made. Transportation
from the hotel to Centennial campus on Tuesday morning (and back
at 5pm) will be available.
The workshop will take place in the Engineering
Graduate Research Center (EGRC) Auditorium, Room 136, EGRC, Centennial
Campus, NC State University, Raleigh.
