The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (2009)
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), also known as the "stimulus plan," was signed into law by President Obama on February 17th, 2009.
The ARRA includes considerable funding for higher education through appropriations to federal agencies. This page was developed to provide VT researchers with information about the stimulus plan and its impact on funding opportunities and reporting requirements for higher education.
