Virginia Tech hosts environmental journalists

Virginia Tech is hosting the meeting of the Society of Environmental Journalists at the Hotel Roanoke in October. Many of the nation’s top environmental reporters will gather at this event. Last year’s conference in Stanford drew more than 800 attendees.

Virginia Tech researchers will be among the presenters. In addition, groups whose focus includes environmental issues are invited to have an exhibit or advertise in the program. The deadline is August 15 but there is a discount to advertise if you reserve by June 1.
